Part 3: The Body of A Character (Scene Study)

Summary: Over these 18hrs, the artist will learn how to express character through unique and anchored movement. They will learn what is a ‘character movement’ and what is an ‘actor movement.’ They will also learn about stage intimacy and how it differs from real intimacy.

Result: The artist will leave with an understanding of how character can be suggested and created through simple discoveries of movement. They will leave with a better understanding on how to use the body to express.
